Our approach is different.

With over a decade of clinical physiotherapy experience, our approach combines physiotherapy knowledge with evidence-based practice. Every exercise has a clear biomechanical purpose.

Movement is guided by a deep understanding of anatomy, injury and rehabilitation, allowing exercises to be modified seamlessly based on individual needs without disrupting the class.
The goal is simple: helping you move better, build strength and support your body for the long term.

Our exclusive physio-led sessions, limited to just three clients per class, provide a truly personalised experience designed to help you move with confidence and achieve meaningful results.

Set within a calm, supportive environment, this is Pilates delivered at a higher standard.

How do I book?

To get started, please register via our client portal:

Once registered, you’ll be asked to complete a short screening questionnaire so we can understand your health needs and goals. Please ensure this is completed at least 48 hours before your chosen class. You can then book onto a session that suits you.

If you have more complex needs, we may recommend booking an in-person initial assessment first. This allows us to ensure the class is appropriate, safe, and tailored to you.

Booking options:
If you are attending using a session pack, you can use the Book Now option to reserve your place. Session packs can be purchased separately through the booking system.

If you are attending on a pay-as-you-go basis, you must book and pay for your class at the time of booking. Please note that selecting Book Now without a valid session pack will not reserve your space, and the slot may be allocated to another client.

Do you offer session packs?

Yes! we offer discounted class packs for those who would like to commit to their sessions and save.

You can choose from:
10 classes for £220
20 classes for £400

Class packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

These packs can be purchased separately by emailing us direct, this will allow you to secure and book your sessions now without needing to pay for each class individually, while also benefiting from a reduced per-session rate.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely.
Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene, they help with stability on the reformer. If you don’t have any, you can purchase grip socks from us on site for £3.

What should I be aware of before for my first class?

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows adequate time for previous clients to leave and for the studio to be prepared.

For your first session, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early so we can give you a quick introduction to the studio and the reformer beds.

We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. There is one bathroom available for changing; however, arriving dressed in your workout clothes is ideal.

Grip socks are recommended for safety and hygiene and are available to purchase on site if you do not already have a pair.

Important: You must complete the screening questionnaire 48 hours before attending. If you book without completing this process, you will unfortunately be unable to participate in the session, and the session fee will still apply.

Our classes offer an enhanced level of guidance by combining Pilates with clinical physiotherapy expertise. This means you benefit from highly trained professionals who understand movement, biomechanics, and injury prevention in greater depth.

We focus on helping you move well, not just move more, improving posture, control, strength, and body awareness while reducing the risk of injury. Even if you’re pain-free, this level of precision allows you to get more from every session.

Ultimately, physio-led classes help you maximise your results, whether your goals are strength, fitness, performance, longevity, or simply feeling better in your body.

Do you offer 1 to 1 sessions?

Yes — we offer both individual and paired sessions for those who would prefer a more personalised experience.

1:1 session: £75 per session
2:1 session: £40 per person

These sessions are ideal if you would like focused guidance, are returning from injury, or simply prefer a more private setting.

Do you offer NHS discount?

Yes! We are pleased to offer a 10% discount for NHS staff on your first reformer class pack, this is a small thank you for your hard work, commitment and contributions to our National Health Service.

Valid NHS ID will be required, and please contact us prior to booking so we can arrange this for you.
