Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee will be charged.If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or in the event of a non-attendance (no-show), 100% of the session fee will be charged. Please note that cancellation and non-attendance fees are not covered by health insurance providers (including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Allianz) and will be billed directly to the client. If you are unable to attend the clinic due to illness or adverse weather, your appointment will be offered via video consultation where possible.
Insurance Information
Clients intending to use private health insurance must provide their insurer details, membership number and authorisation code prior to booking. This information is required to allocate appointments appropriately. If insurance details are not disclosed in advance and are provided after appointments have been booked or attended, sessions will be charged at the standard self-funded rate and will not be transferable to insurance billing.
Privacy Policy
All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of providing physiotherapy and related healthcare services. Honeyrock Physiotherapy is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is handled securely, responsibly, and in accordance with legal requirements. Client information will only be shared with third parties where necessary for your care (for example, your GP or insurer) or where required by law, and only with appropriate consent where applicable.
Client Responsibilities & Agreement
Providing accurate and complete health and medical information.
Informing the therapist of any changes to health status, symptoms, or medication.
Providing correct private health insurance details (where applicable) prior to treatment.
Respecting the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Paying all agreed fees within the stated time frame, including any fees not covered by insurance providers.
