Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee will be charged. 

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Please note that cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by Bupa and will be billed directly to the client.

Privacy Policy 

All client information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing physiotherapy services. 

Client Responsibilities & Agreement

Provide accurate and complete health and medical history. 

Notify the therapist of any changes to health or medication. 

Respect the cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

Pay the agreed session fee within the stated time frame.
