Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee will be charged. 

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or no show the appointment, 100% of the session fee will be charged. Please note that cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by health insurance providers including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Allianz and will be billed directly to the client. If you are unable to attend the clinic due to illness or adverse weather your appointment will be accommodated on video call.

All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is used solely for the purpose of delivering Physiotherapy and related healthcare services. Honeyrock Physiotherapy is registered with the Information Comissioner's Office (ICO) and complies fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure your personal data is handled securely and responsibly. 

 

Client Responsibilities & Agreement

 

Provide accurate and complete health and medical history. 

Notify the therapist of any changes to health or medication. 

Respect the cancellation and rescheduling policy. 

Pay the agreed session fee within the stated time frame.
